Jay worked us in at the last minute on a Friday when he had plans for a Friday evening with family. He walked us through the process and we were on our way in about 45 minutes. The sellers realtor was very surprised to get the letter that day. I think it really helped her feel comfortable that she was working with buyers who were financially able to perform. Jay said to get hold of him if we had any questions along the way. Everything worked so smoothly. Thanks Jay.
