Jay was incredibly transparent about every process when it comes to loans and mortgages. He wen tout of his way to accommodate us on a Tuesday evening, and even made sure to order us food when we were there. I truly felt like Jay had our best interest in mind when it came to the loan process, and he wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable with the process before taking the next step forward.
