The documents and time it took to get everything to underwriting was great. I just wish Natalie would have had more communication on internet rates.

I have worked with another company when buying our last house and it was such a stressful process. Jill made this experience very exciting and stress free. Everything happened fast and went smooth. I would have to write a novel. Our experiences buying homes, three in the past, has always been so very stressful and very unpleasant. But, Jill from the very beginning was so helpful and patient. I actually told friends about our experience with Mutual of Omaha and Jill that it was so easy, that I am still in a state of disbelief.
