As a top producing Realtor® in my market I always recommend Patrick as my top choice mortgage broker to my buyer clients AND he is the only one I personally use for my residential mortgages. He's extremely professional, has a deep understanding of mortgage finance and provides an intelligently streamlined process. I can't recommend him enough, my recent refi was way easier than I expected even considering the new FNMA and FHLMC guidelines for the self-employed.
