Great Service Within 20secs of hitting submit on lending tree I already had a call. My agent was Kevin Stumpf, and he was great; trying to figure out my goals, what type of loan I needed, ect... I was sent an email during the phone call with a list of all items I needed to e-mail in. The next day the Kevin Stumpf had all the e-paperwork ready for me sign, and all the wet paperwork i needed to print and sign. A Stressful Experience I decided in January to look around an to begin to gather information about refinancing my mortgage. I didn’t get an opportunity to shop around because I was made to fill out an application. After a few days of thought I decided not to go through with the refinancing. I felt I was pressured into it. I needed a new roof, which I decided to do, and borrowed from myself to pay for it. I was then told I had to pay for it through the loan. it was okay everything was approved for refinance then he just vanished would not return calls or anything left us hanging would not reccomend this clown to my worst enemy very non professional he started calling me at 7 am would call right back as soon as my number showed up my wife spent 3 hours sending paper work and documents. but then after everthing was completed and approved disapears
