I had a great experience with Andrew Jolley Andrew was thorough and friendly. There were some changes in the initial estimate and final BUT I don't blame Andrew. Royal United fees are twice that of other companies. I plan on purchasing additional commercial properties and will reach out to Andrew ever single time. Overall, I am very pleased with this mortgage company and would recommend you ask for Andrew.
