Maricia was very helpful, easy to get in touch with, and easy to work with I researched companies for close to 2 years before choosing Royal . The amount I was refinancing wasn't as much as most. Several companies wouldn't even bother with me . Maricia put in the time and the effort to make it all go smoothly . There were a few hiccups along the way that she handled well , and kept me informed the whole time

Patient , Caring , and thorough Kevin was very considerate of my being gun shy about moving forward with the procedure after I had had an awful experience previously . Everything he said came through. If something was going to be delayed he let me know in real time. He was always available by phone txt and email.
