Josh worked very hard and quick to help me get approved and close. His communication was excellent and I highly recommend working with Josh! I am self-employed and threw some challenges at Josh, but he overcame them with ease and even got me a lower rate than other quotes I received from larger corporations. I will be using Josh again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
