Jackie is warm and kind and Is always happy to talk with my clients through things they don't understand. When things get difficult she always helps work them through it rather than putting your hands up and walking away. She is my favorite lender to work with. I've done many many deals with both Jackie and her son and have really found a lender that is more helpful or knowledgeable than these two.
