I am very happy with Dr. Shah and always feel he provides me excellent care. Unfortunately, this past visit was not pleasant. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time and then Dr. Shah was rushed because he was running so late. Hoping this was a one-time thing and won’t occur during the upcoming year.

The experience was fine, but I am wondering why you are asking now. We have been patients when the doors opened when the business was Chino Medical group. We stayed when the medical group became My Family Medical Group. We have received medical services at that location for more than 40 years. We we’re totally caught off guard when we recently found out that as of Feb 2, 2024 you will no longer take our insurance.
