DO NOT GO TO HER!!! She charges for co-pay even if you're allowed one visit a year for women's wellness checkup without having to pay a co-pay. They didn't mentioned this to me when I made the appointment, but when I got there they said I have to pay $85 because it was their policy. While I spoke to my insurance and was told that shouldn't have been the case. I have never had to pay a co-pay for my annual gyno visit as a PPO member. they said they would reimburse my $85 once the insurance paid them. They got the money from i... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! they charged me a co-pay for my annual pap which I'm allowed to have once a year throigh blue shield PPO and they call it their office policy which they dont mention to you when you make the appointment saying they billed me for office visit because I asked her to do blood work for a hormonal test. They say because I discussed other matters with her aside from shutting up and just have a pap done. I dont recommend her at all. There are plenty of other doctors who aren't money hungry like her.
Debated whether to review but whatever… I waited for 45 minutes, 15 of which I was in a paper gown in a cold room. It was my first appointment with this Doctor. Everything felt very rushed, I don’t think I got anything beneficial or even a proper exam. Avoid Her! She has no knowledge whatsoever & liar on top of it! I I just filed a complaint against her. followed the reviews and unfortunately, it was a big mistake! First of all, she did not know how to do D&C procedure. It was supposed to be a simple outpatient procedure; however, she messed it up. The doctor is really nice, but the West Hills office is dishonest when it comes to business. They charge for a bunch of unnecessary tests, and depending on your insurance, you end up with an unexpected bill. Call for clarification/an explanation and the business manager simply tells you, "that's what was ordered", which is not even an explanation. The business manager knows nothing medical-related, so you're basically stuck just having to pay.
