I turned to E-Mortgage after a long and disappointed process with another mortgage company that charged $100 application fee and was not able to close even after having my application for almost 90 days. E-Mortgage exceeded our expectations, we closed within 16 days. We dealt with Tyler and Karen who were fast, efficient, responsive and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way. I must admit, when I first heard that Nancy and the team at E MORTGAGE CAPITAL could close within a couple weeks, I couldn't believe it. Thank goodness I gave them a call. Other companies were telling me to expect 45 days or more for a refinance. Nancy was calm and patient; she came in and did exactly what she said she would do; I received my refinancing just as promised; they were ready within 14 days!!! I will definitely refer Nancy to anyone seeking a loan officer.
