The entire process was very quick and easy except for the closing. Initial ally assigned and scheduled for a Thursday 11am closing. Closer contacted me late Wednesday to say I would need to be flexible on the time. I said I could do that up until 4 pm. Never heard from him again on Wednesday so assumed good to go. Called and left messages late Wednesday and early Thursday to confirm. He never called back. At 10am Thursday he texted he asked the closing to be reassigned. Amber at E Capital amazin

Despite the fact that it took long to complete the loan with Loan Depot (approximately 2 months), Alex Gentile and Chantelle Pace were great at keeping me informed and updated and in providing guidance the entire way of the process. Alex was especially helpful in finding the right lender at the lowest rate and in explaining the necessary calculations and factors required to understand the loan, the loan process, and the market, thereby making the experience rewarding.
From the beginning of the process we had fantastic service! Everyone we worked with were professional and knowledgeable. Each person was well versed in their area of the process and answered every question quickly and thoroughly!
Nancy made the whole process easy. They made me comfortable by communicating what was going on. It was a pleasure.
