RecommendedThese are the facts: 1.) I applied for my SSD and was denied. 2.) I contacted Nash and promptly met with Mr. Nash to discuss my case. 3.) I provided the requested information and followed the process that was explained to me in my initial meeting with Mr. Nash 4.) I stayed in contact monthly with my assigned case worker. 5.) My initial experience with Nash made me feel attacked and gasslit... The psychological impact that my conditions, mass hysteria surrounding Covid 19, the Social Security Administration's gaslighting, and now by Nash as well has me to tears and ready to literally give up - and that is just the first phone call with them. I am not sure I have it in me to crawl out of the hole and give them a second call... I guess this is what I get for letting myself feel a shred of hope...

I guess their efforts depend on winability.
If you try calling the office you didn't automated system that prompts you to leave a message Everytime! After leaving messages it takes days to get a return call you still don't get ur questions answered. The lack of communication is extremely poor. They make you feel as if you are just another case. In all the time they have been representing me I've only had an hour of time with the attorney.
