RecommendedA big shout out to Nashville Veterinary Specialists and Animal Emergency for taking care of my fur-baby. Poor Preston had a bout with Gastroenteritis and was in the ER all day yesterday. Needless to say, my NYE was spent watching animal lovers bring their beloved pets to NVS. It was a heart wrenching day, not only for me but for several other pet parents. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for NVS and their care for our dog. Our greyhound, Slammer, had a perforation in her GI tract, and day in and day out the staff did everything they could to save her. Our interactions and the care from Dr. Pullen, Dr. Roach, Dr. Close, Hayden (not sure the last name), and all of the others, went above and beyond to help her and I could not have chosen a better team for our four legged family member.

RecommendedI brought in a stray cat with an injured leg, and I was torn about keeping the kitten or surrendering her. They let me and the kitten sit in an exam room while I decided, and informed me of all my possible options and the costs. I've never met a more caring staff who is dedicated to the well being of animals, and not just concerned with making money.
