Despite the odds, you all fought like hell, never gave up, pulled 24hr shifts, brought in soothing spa music (Heather) and saved our 1-year-old Bulldog, Gus!!! I am so very grateful for this animal hospital and its entire staff-we were treated respectfully, compassionately and delicately. The front desk was empathetic and understanding. The doctor came out to speak to me quickly in the waiting room. The techs were all personally concerned about my Rachel and her neurologist called me every morning, 1st thing, and we talked as long as I needed. This is an amazing place. I watched all of the staff every day-their empathy and care was evident in every interaction.
