I never worked with a broker before but Natalie was amazing! She found me an amazing deal that was better than what I found shopping alone. Natalie answered all my questions and stuck by me all the way to closing. She made videos that explained each step of the process and explained what was required from me. She went out of her way to ensure the other party was staying on schedule. I will recommend Natalie to everyone!

Where to start. Natalie was amazing in the beginning and through the closing of our home. Was my first time using my VA Mortgage benefits so really did not know what to expect. Not the first home we had purchased, but the first time making use of the VA Loan. Her work did not stop there either. We still keep in contact today even though we are not in the market to purchase a home now. We closed on March 17th, 2022, and I have somewhat regular communication with Natalie just to say "Hi" if nothing else. While I have never met Natalie in person, I would consider her a friend. Hopefully, sometime we can cross paths in person. Thanks for all you did and the things you will continue to do for others. Your service is top-notch, second to none.
