I never worked with a broker before but Natalie was amazing! She found me an amazing deal that was better than what I found shopping alone. Natalie answered all my questions and stuck by me all the way to closing. She made videos that explained each step of the process and explained what was required from me. She went out of her way to ensure the other party was staying on schedule. I will recommend Natalie to everyone!

Natalie made buying my first home a very easy and smooth process. She answered all my questions I had for her and was kept me updated throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and professional and I was glad to have her as a lender.

We have been working with Natalie for awhile now only because the seller was having some issues with some of the stuff we asked for him but Natalie was helping every step of the way as much as she could with everything I'm so glad we had her as a lender because she went above and beyond to make things happen and for that I'm truly grateful. Natalie has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole home buying process! She was ALWAYS available and was quick to get back to me with answers to EVERY question I had, regardless of when I happened to be obsessing about it! She was VERY realistic in her expectations and estimates and I just couldn’t imagine a better person to work with to get my new home purchased! OH, and had the seller been available, we could have closed much earlier than initially projected! THANK YOU NATALIE!!!

Being a first time home buyer, I had a multitude of questions and a ton of inexperience but Natalie happy to take the time to explain in great detail every question I asked. She worked around my busy schedule and was always on top of things - as soon as I had to sign a document or needed to provide information I knew about it. I always had very rapid responses and confirmations as well.

This was my first time purchasing a home and Natalie was so patient and professional. She was very thorough in explaining the process (sometimes more then once) and her team was a pleasure to work with. We are self employed which made things a little tricky at times plus we had to deal with some tight deadlines.
