Natalie clearly explained the entire process to us early on, so we knew what to expect. When documents needed to be signed, they were emailed to us, along with a text message, to make we received it. The day of closing so was available to help make sure the process went smoothly, all the while keeping us informed via text! She was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better!!
