Very personable, friendly and explained in detail my CT Release and Ulner Nerve Decompression surgeries.
He seemed very thorough in his examination. Good bedside manner, too.
He listened to all my concerns without interrupting. He was very informative.
I guess I would say that everything went just like Dr Heineman told me the surgery would go. And post op was as he said. My Hand feels so much better. It only took a little more than 2 weeks and I was back at work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
