He seemed very thorough in his examination. Good bedside manner, too.
He listened to all my concerns without interrupting. He was very informative.
I guess I would say that everything went just like Dr Heineman told me the surgery would go. And post op was as he said. My Hand feels so much better. It only took a little more than 2 weeks and I was back at work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
He was in time, went over my history with my hand, explained my issues in depth. Extremely kind & as pain free with my procedure as possible

Dr Heineman is friendly, great bedside manner, very informative and thorough. Made a diagnosis immediately- after months of not knowing what was causing my pain or how to treat it. Explained my condition and treatment options well. Definitely will continue to see him in the future.
