Nate immediately got on our loan Dat of and closed in under a month on schedule even inspite of the cyber attack taking down First American Financial. I have used Nathan and Lendsmart for mortgages several times and I refer everyone I know to him. He gets it done on time every time even on some difficult deals. If he cant do it he knows who can and has given me connections for commercial loans also. This guy answers his phone nights, weekends what ever it takes to grt ig done. Dont waste your time calling anyone other lenders!

One of the hardest working individuals I've had the pleasure to know and work with! Him and his team already had a short timeline to get everything put together for closing. (+/- 30 Days) And yet still managed to be able to close 2 days early! For a first time home buyer. I couldn't have asked for a better Mortgage Lender. They were on their A game from beginning to end.
