*****, the enrollment *** was a pleasure to speak to, very knowledgable and professional. Also the next day I spoke to ****, the specialist who modified my contract and I did not cancel. Very professional as well.
My experience with ***** was awesome. He was very thorough and patient and explained everything so that I understood.He's a keeper.
Wasn't behind on bills, everything was up to date. However the credit card companies kept lowering our credit limit and increasing the interest rate and they blew our good credit rating. Was never late on payments, always paid a lot more than the minium, it didn't matter. Going to be on a fixed income in a couple of years and did not want debt handing over my head. *** was a God send.
