Very pleased overall. The one small frustration is the length of time to complete is only an estimate but the reason is they don't know the exact amount the creditors will agree to. I highly recommend the program. I paid it off 8 months early which saved me money. It took me 27 months. Without it I doubt I could have ever paid the cards off. My credit score has already rebounded to a fair 605 and I have 2 credit cards $1500 and $2000 and don't want anymore. It's nice to be out of debt.
**** was very informative and understanding. It was a pleasure working with him from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very kind and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing help and guidance through their debt resolution.
