I was put in touch with ***** *****. He explained everything in detail so I would understand and feel comfortable. He was so pleasant and kind to speak with. He reassured me I was doing the right thing to get out from under my debt. He walked me through every step on the computer. I felt I needed help, and he was there. Thank you *****.
