The process was very easy, the employee ********* could not have been more helpful and nice. I actually thought we could end up friends. ********* was amazing at putting me at ease during the process.
*** was so knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions about the program. He told me about the program and walked me through each step. Even helped my husband when his shift was going to be ending in 30 minutes but he stayed at work and didnt pass us off to someone else to make sure we understood the program and if we had any questions. Very professional in his job!
I'm just starting the program, the agent was so professional attending my case. Answer all my questions and giving me the time to makeup my mind to enter or not the program. I fill relief of the decision I made.
