The process seems pretty easy. The client specialist I am dealing with is ok. I tried doing the online process to go over the contract but was unsuccessful. When I got home I was able to go over the entire contract. Verified everything. And received my client portal. The specialist was not on the phone we made an appointment for Monday which I do not see this is necessary to go over the contract again since I ready verified everything
