The process met the purpose. I needed to get out of credit card debt and the really have been there for me through Covid, three times without an income and even now, having no income. They didnt give up on me and didnt let me give up on myself. Team members were very knowledgeable and understanding each time I reported I had a financial situation. With another year and a half commitment to pay off the debt. I am grateful for all they have done to help me get through this process and out of credit debt.
