I've been a client since May of this year (2024). I've been happy with the negotiations so far. I am a bit surprised that the fees don't pro-rate by the month for the service, but I do understand that they are taken after an approved settlement offer. So far I appear to be on track with the payment and deposit schedule, so I'm happy to be moving forward with ****I really like the quick responses and attention paid to my inquiries, too!
