The person from *** who helped me was names *************************************. She was absolutely excellent. She was very patient with me. She explained the program in detail having to go over things more than once or twice but never sounded annoyed. We also had phone trouble where at times she wasnt able to hear me. I had a very warm, welcoming, non judgmental initial consultation. The consultant was very patient with my husband and I. The consultant answered all of our questions and allowed us time to discuss before we would proceed in the application process. So far we have had a good initial experience now we wait and see how the actual program will aid us in our debt. I will update once we see our first account paid off.
Well, so far I've had a great experience with my representative very knowledgeable, understood my situation, very understanding and courteous. I felt at ease knowing that my financial goals could be met and I look forward to a successful outcome.
