I was going to file chapter 13- and then decided to give National Debt Relief a call first before I signed the contract. Im really glad that I did. I owed about $56,000 in debt and if I would have filed chapter 13, I I would have a $1,300 a month payment for 5 years AND I wouldnt be able to use credit for anything for 8 years, as chapter 13 is a form of bankruptcy.
