I just signed the paperwork yesterday so I am very new to the program. My agent was very informative and everything was done via phone calls and emails. The only issue I really have so far is that it took some time to get through the phone calls - 2 calls, each of which were well over an hour in length. The documents had to be signed/initialed during the phone calls so there was no time to really sit and read through everything. I still think I will be happy that I started this program, Time will tell.

Its been so awesome using National Debt Relief! I have closed two accounts so far, and I feel so accomplished.
