OMG. **** was AMAZING. She calmed me down with all the anxiety I was experiencing. She let me actually see some light in that very very dark tunnel immediately. This has been keeping me up some nights about what to do. We laughed after she gave me the info i needed. All I can say is this is a Wonderful program with Totally Awesome employees. **** shoud get a raise, a 2 week paid **** & 75 inch TV to rest & enjoy her nights. I was, absolutely, mortified I had to make this call. I would inquire, and put it off. I finally talked to a representative today! I spoke with *******, and he was fabulous! He was kind, patient, professional just great!He made me feel so much better about being in the financial situation I am in, and reminded me, a lot of people fall on hard times. After the call was complete, and I enrolled in the program, I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders! I am so grateful I took ******** call!!! Heres to getting out of debt!
