Theyre all so sweet and helpful! Its always hard for people to get in touch with me but they found the time. Im so happy Ill be debt free soon.
I definitely thought that this would have been a waste of time but it is a great way to get out of debt. My rep went over everything and answered all of my questions and he was very patient and understanding.
I'm scared at first as this is the first time am doing this and don't have anyone (I knew) who knows about it. After talking to the agent (***), all my doubts went away. He explained everything clearly and honestly answered all my questions. He's very helpful and sincere, he guide me along the way. I just started and I already feel better.
