I've been very pleased with the service so far. Two of my credit card debts have been settled, and the others are in the works. All of my creditors are working with them, so the collection letters and calls have stopped. Not out of the woods yet, but I don't know where I'd be without NDR!
I was hesitant to use debt consolidation, even though I was in a corner with all my debts and my job was difficult at the time. Once I jumped in...I was still hesitant. But recently, I received my first "settled debt" letter from one creditor and another letter from a second one indicating the schedule that was worked out. The customer service is outstanding when have question or concern they are there to help,and are very kind answer all your questions and put you at ease. The people who do the negotiations do a outstanding job allso. Very happy I decided to take the chance and call them . From the person who helped decide to do this and every one who has worked for me has been kind and put me at ease and not feel like a failure for my financial problems.
