*****, the enrollment *** was a pleasure to speak to, very knowledgable and professional. Also the next day I spoke to ****, the specialist who modified my contract and I did not cancel. Very professional as well.
My experience with ***** was awesome. He was very thorough and patient and explained everything so that I understood.He's a keeper.
Wasn't behind on bills, everything was up to date. However the credit card companies kept lowering our credit limit and increasing the interest rate and they blew our good credit rating. Was never late on payments, always paid a lot more than the minium, it didn't matter. Going to be on a fixed income in a couple of years and did not want debt handing over my head. *** was a God send. My experience was scary for me at first however I have been with them for a year , they have paid off, settled, and paid down several accounts. My credit score is starting to go back up!

The process was simple and quick. My questions were answered and those that I needed more information on I was able to call back and speak to an actual person right away.I was never put on hold to wait and wait.Big relief all the way around.
Overall the program helps with resolving your debt. However, you need to understand that I felt like I was decieved about how the system worked. Until I figured it out completely. Although they do negotiate with creditors to reduce the amount you owe, when they contact you to give you the settlement amount it is very decieving. Alot of the time the settlement amounts sound very acceptable but after *** adds their fees (that they dont tell you about on each and every settlement) and costs to the balance it's not so good anymo... read more
