National Debt Relief has an excellent staff that is both supportive and professional At every opportunity I’ve needed to talk to them or had a concern. This process is very stressful for me personally, and having them to work with has made it much better.
Carolyn was awesome in her explanations and her patience. The loan was NOT for me, as I am not going to pay thousands more to have good credit now. I can wait a year or so more. The representatives are friendly and helpful and know the program. I am just about halfway, I have a better understanding of the company and the program and my situation. Thank you, John

FABULOUS WONDERFUL, ALL THINGS FUZZY AND NICE! Seriously though... the customer service is off the charts and they have settled my first account at HALF the balance due! I HIGHLY recommend to all! I wish I could comment back on some of these bad reviews. All sounds like excuses for not paying the company you were in contract with! You gotta follow the rules if you want this program to work, people!! <3

Couldn't have had a better experience with NDR.
