So far so good, settled about a third of our debt and we are farther ahead for sure than we would have been on our own. It takes a little while to get positive results but just hang in there and things start to happen!
Whole process has been pretty easy. They were able to get resolutions very quickly and for huge saving. I can't wait to be out of debt.

They have helped me settle three of my debts so far and I'm really grateful for that. Just know the hit it'll have on your credit report which they were very transparent about. At the end of the program I was told, in the beginning, that they will help me bring my credit up initially for the first few months, which we sell see hope it goes once I get to that point.

Customer service was good. (Very friendly in helping) Always helped me with my questions. They are very patient to make sure we are on the same page. Just incase there's a misunderstanding. They help me to pay things off faster because I had the money. I told them I dont want to make monthly payments. I wanted to get it all paid off. So they helped me with that.
