Very early into my experience but so far, the experience has been excellent. The representative that went through everything was outstanding. She explained thoroughly the process and made sure I understood everything she went over. I don't know if we can give their name but if not, it will be blocked out. ***** was very professional. My customer care agent ***** was very helpful explaining the program and after losing spouse yrs ago, then my mobile home to fire yr and a half ago I got credit cards and loans to help move out of state to live with son being disabled and on fixed income.
