My refinance experience was nearly flawless and seamless. My agent (Jimmy Attisha) is the guy to have on your team. He went over and beyond to make sure that I was informed and comfortable with everything involved in the process. I already have plans to use his services again in the near future! Working with this company has been the worst experience with refinancing I have ever had. My appraisal fell through and not a single person went to bat for me. Instead we weren’t able to even get a phone call back from anyone in this office. All of the time and money I invested in doing this refinance and Alex and Randy just let it expire without telling me.
