I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Christiano to really do justice for what he has done for me and my life. This amazing Psychologist, literally saved my life and helped me take back my life. I have had a rough road. Dr. Christiano has been very knowledgable in all aspects of my recovery and my court case. He's very intelligent, very methodical and will put things into perspective. He doesn't sugar coat things, he digs deep, which in turn causes you to dig deep and that's when the real healing begins. He's very well respected in his field of practice and among the legal community for his work in the family law community, in which I e needed his services for both. He stands by his work and follows through. He will not tolerate any BS and will totally call you out if you are trying say everything is fine, when it's not. He sees people for who they are, and he genuinely cares. As with any therapy, you've got to work it, if you want it to work for you. If he gives advice and suggestions, work it, because that's when the magic happens and true recovery takes place.

I thought that he was extremely responsive and very helpful. He opened my eyes to things that I had never considered and was spot on. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not if my life depended on it

Is this psychologist easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider treat every client equally?
No, they definitely favor certain clients
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Dr. Christiano is a very nice soft spoken person. As far as being an effective Psychologist I would have to say he is not. We had our son seeing him for almost two years and in that time we did not see any improvement with his ADD and/or learning disabilities. It was mostly a 45min how`s it going talk during each secession with no real testing or therapy of any kind. The so called Add test consisted of a general questionaire that our son his teachers,pediatriction,and ourselves filled out. His recommendation was basically to place the responsibility for our sons treatment back on the school and us. We were not updated on his progress or I should say lack there of. His office manager was also not very organized. She would mess up scheduling our appointments and we would show up for nothing or have to re-schedule us at the last minute on short notice alot. Don`t waste your money and valuable therapy time unless your just looking to pay for a place for your child to sit and talk.Our son suffered in school due to the time we wasted going to Dr. Christiano expecting to recieve proper therapy and improvement!
