I had problems with my wisdom tooth. Turns out it was an infection. Dr. Hagan and staff were absolutely great in terms of handling my anxiety as well as taking care of the pain. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might be apprehensive about going to the dentist.

Please be aware this dental practice does not answer their phones for long periods of time, does not list an email address and does not respond to reasonable multiple requests in writing, voice mail and human interactions for already-paid for dental records required by insurance. I have had to file a formal complaint with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs' Professional Board of Dentistry due to continuous non-response. My advice: stay away from this poorly-run, poorly-managed practice.

This is literally the most unprofessional dental practice in existence. Dr Hagan runs her office based on her mood swings and personal life. She cancels appointments minutes before the scheduled time, and if you miss an appointment, she charges a fee. The staff is made up of inexperienced, uneducated and unprofessional teenagers, who she uses as her puppets. Worst service the dentist doesn't know what she's doing she broke my tooth and i was in pain and she did nothing and they don't do root canals so i had to find someone else and i paid $1328 for a mistake she did if you want my opinion don't go to her if you want your teeth not broken don't go to her also the service is really bad you hear them cursing not a good place for children to go to
