Excellent company Purchased 5 American hazelnut bushes and plants arrived within 5 days. First time using the bare root process but it is so superior to traditional potted method I would recommend if you have the opportunity b/c handling the plants is so much easier. Plants started sprouting in one week and look very healthy 2 weeks in. Highly recommend watching the brief YouTube video on how to plant put out by this company.

The basics: On time delivery, outstanding packaging, and the plants (Astilbe) looked like they just came out of the ground. Just amazing! We are filling up our yard with Nature Hills products. For anyone out there wondering if these folks "Do Chicken Right" then rest assured they do. Best packaging of the little wonders I've ever seen. Certainly worth the money. Shipping was awesome packed very well. But unfortunately my weeping Cherry tree came to me with no leaves on it at all and died. My Japanese maple is awesome and thriving very well. Unfortunately the Japanese maple was the only thing I got insurance on.
