Really messed up the answers to our questions about taxes, causing a huge misunderstanding.
They need to triple check the closing documents and catch mistakes before asking the seller/buyer to sign. If I were not an experienced seller/buyer, I would have lost money due to erroneous mistakes. Their communication with me was not very good. They never asked or told me that the buyer (I was the seller) never delivered the earnest deposit until 2 days prior to closing. They also need to be better at scheduling.
