Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Customer service and time from request to completion of service was great! My only complaint was that I never knew what day the services were going to be completed, I was only told that they would come out in the coming weeks. They ended up servicing my home only a few days after I put in the request, but it would have been nice to know which day they had planned to come out, even if it was just a call the morning of. Otherwise, great service, will certainly use again!
Good job. Only negative is that I was home when they did the service and they found an issue. Instead of letting me know in person they indicated it on the door tag and I had to call customer service the next Monday to find out what the issue was because I was on hold for 10 mins the Saturday they completed the work.
