I made initial contact and enjoyed service the very next day. Gutters were a real mess but two staff showed up from Stevens Gutter first thing the next morning, promptly surveyed the challenge and immediately set up ladders and prepared equipment. Work was challenging but the two employees wasted no time in clearing the gutters and drains, then promptly cleaned up and removed all the debris. Received over 1K repair bill for 7ft of 1 replacement gutter and half cleaned gutters. Patio furniture was moved and blocking an exit door of the house. Over priced, not professional and low quality effort.

Everything went wrong with this service. I called and canceled it before they started. Crews cant communicate with dispatch. They stayed and cleaned my gutters and reported everything was in good condition. The gutter is falling off the back of my house. Not in report. I have called in 2 times since and they say a manager will call me. 3 days waiting so far. Do not use this company.

I was very impressed with the thorough nature of my gutter cleaning. Not only did they blow out the debris but used a hose to completely clean out the gutters and downspouts. And washed off my house of any splatter and even our deck. Highly recommend Ned’s.
