THE CALL: I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews. But I have to be honest… the rep I spoke to on the phone was so kind, professional & knowledgeable that I couldnt resist. They understood my concern & gave great suggestions on what I needed. I am SO GLAD I chose them! PRICING: I was hoping to find someone under $200, especially if I agree to have them cleaned all year. Amazing. They were a bit behind as to the weather but came in the timeframe they mentioned on the phone. The Customer Service rep was knowledgeable about their services. I signed up to have them come quarterly for my gutters.l as I have trees on all three sides of my house. I scheduled for Gutters and Powerwash the property and they told me from go it was two different crews. Once I completed the online request for a quote, I was contacted within 15 minutes. I described my home layout and size, and was given a very reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the crew were at my home within the stated time frame. Thirty minutes later, the job was completed . I had a door hanger describing the job completed. They cleaned up so well I could not tell they had been there. An excellent job. I will definitely use Ned’s Home again !!

I made initial contact and enjoyed service the very next day. Gutters were a real mess but two staff showed up from Stevens Gutter first thing the next morning, promptly surveyed the challenge and immediately set up ladders and prepared equipment. Work was challenging but the two employees wasted no time in clearing the gutters and drains, then promptly cleaned up and removed all the debris. Brand new gutter installation. They told me they would invoice me after the installation and I would have an opportunity to look over the work, however, the auto-billed my credit card. I haven't gone up to see if the gutters are installed correctly, but these downspouts give me heartburn. Screws not in designated areas, straps cut, offset not symmetric, sometimes only two anchors for a ~30' downspout.
