It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

The team came out and cleaned my gutters, downspouts and gulleys on the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess for me to clean up when I returned home. I was pleasantly surprised to see they high quality of the work that they did. I was even called shortly after the crew left to give me feedback on a few follow-up repair items that they observed and to ask if I had any questions or feedback. Great service overall and I will definitely utilize their services again in the future!
We’ve used them in the past for gutter cleaning and have no complaints there. They worked in a timely matter and got the job done. Upon needing a gutter replaced is where we started to have problems. The seams look like there is a piece of duct tape connecting the corners. It doesn’t match the rest of the gutters on our house and no other houses in the THREE surrounding neighborhoods have the seam that look like this. The guys arrived when expected and worked continuously until finished. They were friendly and their workmanship was great. Pleased with product and overall appearance. It has not yet rained but I am sure there will be no problems with the gutter's performance.
Very poor customer service. After i booked gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service with them, they did not schedule anything for almost a month. I had to call them 2 more times and had to tell them that i would like to cancel if they cannot schedule soon. Then they scheduled the appointment. Also after they completed the service, they do not walk us through what they did. Very poor service for what they charge. The team that came out arrived as per their text notification and were professionally equipped with safety ropes, harnesses and helmets. It was obvious that this team had worked together in the past, as they moved efficiently around my home’s gutter system using a top of the line professional backpack blower, garden hose and safety line with one technician anchored on the peak of my 11/12 pitch roof and the other doing the debris removal from the gutters.
