Extremely fast and reliable service for a great price. Gustavo, Eudin and the team were able to identify some issues and work through them all on the same day of install! I can't imagine a better gutter installer and servicer in the greater Puget Sound area.
1/22/24: Ned’s reached out after seeing my review. Kristi was much nicer to deal with than the first 2 agents that were not helpful or empathetic. Kristi refunded my window cleaning and offered to take care of the damage their workers caused. I declined that offer. Sometimes you just have to move on. This is a good example of how poor communication and training of customer service and field technicians can result in losing a previously satisfied customer. Terrible customer service and scheduling. Never show up when they say they will. They installed new gutters 2 years ago. When they finally came out to clean them this summer they told me the gutter pitch was off and needed to be corrected. They've been cleaning them for over a year and either the pitch has been fine or they never noticed it. I called and told Neds THEY installed the gutters last year and if the pitch was off it was their fault. They agreed and said they would be out within a month to fix them. They neve... read more
We were very pleased with Ned’s services. Jorge and Urial did an outstanding job. They worked hard, cleaned well and we will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service as well.
The two workers arrived on perfect timing and did an amazing job. Shaqis has amazing communication skills, I asked if he could take a before and after picture as I am not able to get on the roof to see for myself and I was extremely pleased with the results! He even showed and explained other problems I didn’t know I had with my gutters and roof, I will definitely be booking with this team again soon for these issues!
