Jim performed our annual tune up and did a great job. He was here early, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure that he did not track dirt/leaves throughout our house. The heating system has been maintained by Needham/Complete for as long as we have lived in this house, and it has worked without issue.
Jim was wonderful! He took extra time to thoroughly clean our boiler, make sure everything worked efficiently, and left the basement cleaner than he found it! He even got the leaves out of the garage that flew in when I opened the door! I highly recommend Jim!
