I broke my ankle in 3 places. Dr Jiwanlal preformed the surgery using titanium plate and screws. It has been 3 months since my surgery and my recovery is going as well as can be expected. I would definitely recommend Dr Jiwanlal.
First Orthopedic Surgeon with a genuine caring bedside that I have seen. He took time to listen and explain thoroughly my situation. He schedules a preop appointment to make a surgical plan rather than meeting outside the OR. I saw him this morning and have already shared my experience and his name with several persons.
Very kind and professional! I broke my leg and met Dr. J when I was admitted to OMC for surgery. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. He took time to talk to me and address my concerns. 3 months later...I have had several office visits and every time he is understanding, compassionate, and professional! His office staff is great. His PA is just as awesome as he is. His nurse is knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. Office appointments have always been on time.

I only get cortisone injections in my knees, but I don’t want anyone else to do them. I literally don’t feel anything on one knee, and not bad on the left! Not sure what he does, but it’s a million times better than others I’ve had!
Doctor J is awesome you can ask him anything and he will tell you straight up not hack around the bush
