RecommendedI had a cleaning with Chrissy yesterday , what an amazing experience. X-ray , cleaning and the extras. Clean office, Professional service and a great hygienist! On time and “no cavities”. I was even offered a pillow to keep my neck supported. Very happy client!!
RecommendedI really dislike the dentist. In addition to always feeling uncomfortable there, I have developed some extreme anxiety and trauma responses to the sensory experiences of dental work. I called around Red Deer to find a dentist that would have the most sedation options for me, and landed on Neighbourhood. RecommendedTimberlands location- EVERY single employee at this location is absolutely amazing! The reception ladies are so kind and always there with huge smiles. My 2.5 year old daughter went in for her first cleaning and it couldn’t have gone any better. The hygienists were all so friendly and supportive of her and encouraging. I decided to try Neighbourhood Dental because after several years with my other dental office I found myself not wanting to go to appointments, dreading cleanings and wondering how they'd upsell me the next time I was there. RecommendedI can not begin to explain the amazing service we have received from Neighborhood Dental Blackfalds, the genuine care, compassion we have been shown from Dr Andrew and the staff is out of this world. They all take the time to really listen and do everything they can to help. I can honestly say we would never go anywhere else. If it was possible to rate them 100 stars out of 5 we would.
