Neil made himself available whenever i had a question or concern. He never rushed the process and took the time to make sure we fully understood things every step of the way. I could also tell how knowledgeable he was of market conditions affecting mortgage rates and worked with us to ensure the lowest rate possible to save us a lot of money. Would highly recommend.
