RecommendedThis winter Nelson Propane was a 10 out of 10. I called a little worried about having enough propane when the freeze came through. They added me to their delivery schedule, mostly just to ease my mind. They listened to my request and were caring and compassionate about my situation. Thank you for serving the way it should be. RecommendedThese guys came out 3 times to get my new house hooked up. 2 of the 3 times I had a leak and couldn’t pass the pressure test. Finally on the last time all repairs had been completed and we passed. They only charged me once it passed and only for the propane tank, no additional charges for the other two times. I really appreciate their efforts and fairness.

RecommendedI have been using Nelson Propane since 2009. I have not had any issues with their service and the pricing has been very fair for that entire time. Now, I am on only Social Security, and with other once a year bills hitting me just before I neede my propane filled, I wasn't able for the first time to pay my bill all at the time I received the gas.
