I’m pleased with the service work on my vehicle. I was in quick and out quick. Beth was really good at explaining what was going to be done and in the end she went over every maintenance that had been done. Total experience was great
First off, the courtesy given by the service department is always appreciated. They are always so nice and very informative about the service being done on our Honda Accord. I needed a new battery and could have been possibly stranded on a long drive next week to follow up with a very important Dr. appointment. My appointment was on time with very little wait time for service. The waiting room was clean and cool. Beth was friendly and efficient and went over my service report with me .
Manager was professional, courteous, and thorough. Service was timely and completed.
