The service intake persons were courteous, good natured and friendly. The truck scheduled maintenance service and the recall fix were completed more quickly than I expected. The experience was quite pleasant.

Overall the Nelson Honda experience was decent. My salesman, Larry, addressed all my concerns. He really had the Ridgeline I purchases looking very sharp when I went to test drive it. I'd have no issue dealing with Nelson in the future.
